The exchange can be made by selecting the appropriate exchange pair on the main page or on the “Tariffs" page. After going to the corresponding page of the exchange pair, you must carefully fill out the exchange application.

PREP transactions are carried out exclusively in the office and on the current passport data of the client. The crypto wallet should not belong to a third party.

How long is the exchange of funds?

Payments in the visa/mastercard and VTB directions are carried out through the banks' cash desks on weekdays, operations take up to 4 hours. For the rest of the exchange directions, we pay within 3 hours, from the moment of receipt of payment on request.
